DESCRIPTION
Drop octagon school house clock. 8-day original brass works. Brass bezel. Original glass drop panel. Rosewood or mahogany veneer (rosewood, I think). Original interior black label is dark, but plainly legible. Label verso reads EIGHT – DAY – CALENDAR / R. C. DROP OCTAGON / MANUFACTURED BY / WATERBURY CLOCK CO.. Face reads WATERBURY CLOCK CO. with the Waterbury logo.
CONDITION Excellent. Runs beautifully. Minor veneer loss (visible in the images). Drop panel door is slightly loose around the hinges, but still holds well.
