IMPORTANT SMALL PRINT>>>>>..SHIPPING SCHEDULE..I am here alone and am limited to my mobility. Expect shipping to be on MONDAY as I ship once a week...If you Pay BEFORE the previous Saturday then it will go out on MONDAY.If this is a problem and you need it right away,I am sorry but I am only One man!! Shipping Payment Policy..You Pay what I Pay to ship...and No more. I use FedEx,generally, except when a P.O.Box is used as an address. I live on Cape Cod which is about the furthest point from anywhere in the US...And no matter what it says on the computer shipping cost quotes, shipping is a little more from Cape Cod on anything but an envelope.Quotes are just close estimates that and subject to geographic adjustment..I have been here on Ebay for 10 years and I know of what I speak. I will purchase Boxes and packing material when needed and when I am able to get Free Boxes or packing material then it will be Free to You. Ebay allows handing fees for the purchase of shipping materials..That is the Ebay Rule. However,if it is Free to me then it is Free to You. Otherwise..You Pay what I PAY.However,Guitar's require a special big Box and the local Music Store charges $10.50 per box and this will be an exception and I can provide receipts if need be.They used to be Free but no more. Ebay has changed lots of rules recently. However,as long as I still am able I will offer items that I believe are unique and not cookie cutter machine duplicated.. I want to make My Ebay and Your Ebay experience as smooth as possible.I have had some negative experiences in the past and I have had to adopted some personal trading Guidelines...No PRIVATE Feedback Bidders. If I cannot read your Feedback History then I cannot determine your past Trading behavior.Your Bids may be voided if it is determine that your Private Feedback is concealing trading discrepancies..Ebay has told me that this is a common practice for many Sellers.I apologize,in advance, for those of you that prefer privacy and are not hiding negative information. Please email me and we can review this on a case by case basis. Also,No Zero Feedback Bidders without a PayPal Account.Ebayer's that have No PayPal Account but a Good Feedback rating,Please email me.It is not my intention to Block You but Ebay has no mechanism to Block Zero Bidders who are not Serious..NEW Bidders with less than 100% Positive Feedback and less than 10 Transactions,Please Email me Before You Bid or your Bid may be Voided.I welcome New Bidders who are Responsible.Also..ASSUME NOTHING.I'm Here and answer Email Daily. We all make mistakes and sometimes I don't know everything about an item. Please ASK or email me if you have more correct information...Anyway,This is a Hobby....Not a Business....I am not in competition with anyone. In the past I have bought more than I have sold and initially came to Ebay as a Buyer so I am aware of Buyer's concerns.Rest Assured,I intend to provide you with Satisfaction of your Purchase so you will consider coming back in the Future...Just as I Expect Satisfaction with Items I BUY here on EBAY...Again,Please ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE AUCTION ENDS..DON'T WAIT UNTIL the LAST DAY....ASSUME NOTHING..FEEDBACK>> It is up to YOU and if there is a Problem,I ask that you email me so I can try and resolve it.I do not offer partial refunds except for shipping. If you are not happy with an item due to an incorrect description, just email me and I will do my best to resolve it. As I said earlier,I don't get around like I used to but Honesty and Communication are not Issues which I suffer from. So,if you like a Square deal and from a tested trustworthy Seller than Welcome and have Fun!! Thanks and Good Luck,John

Antique 1800s E.INGRAHAM Co. Bristol,Conn.Mantle Clock LOOKS GOOD Estate Find
Welcome Bidders.. Here is an E.Ingraham Co of Bristol,Conn. Clock that I found at an Estate.High Bidder gets It!! I have not dusted it or tried to clean the Finish as I'll leave that to the experts. But I believe it will shine nicely as the dark finish looks uniform to me and all the delicate scrolls around the clock face look intact,I think..There were no keys with it when I got it but the inside looks very clean and the Hands move correctly.I couldn't open the rear door completely(hinge needs oil) but maybe there is a key taped inside somewhere? I do know there is a brass color Pendulum inside with an "S" on it. When I moved the minute hand past the 12, it GONGS on the hour.12 times at 12 O'Clock and 11 GONGS at 11 O'Clock..etc....And on the 1/2 hour the BELL Dings one time. I think it completely works once you can get the Key to wind it because after 12 Gongs, I could hear it still ticking for awhile..I also think it may be an 8 Day clock because I read in the Internet that Ingram made them..Both key holes are the same size and I even think a small socket ratchet would wind it pretty easily. The outside wooden box is Solid and it's a very cool Clock. I took pictures from the back and the open bottom to show all angles. The back door hinges needs some Oil to open fully bur it does latch when you foll with the little latch directly opposite the hinge..The Front Glass is Perfect and snaps shut. The face of the clock near the "12" is a little worn and above the "11" the Brass has some light greening that should clean up with a Q-Tip and a little brass cleaner. But the rest of the face and Gold are in good condition. For 120 year old Clock,it is in pretty good shape..The bottom was made open that way so that the pendulum could swing freely and not hit the bottom,I believe.I don't see and rust on the springs and the mechanics look in nice condition The Bell inside and everything appears to work mechanically just as it was designed. It measures 10 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" deep at the base. It is also 10 1/4"tall and is 9 3/4" across the top and the top is 5 1/2" deep.If you go to http://www.clockguy.com/SiteRelated/SiteReferencePages/IngrahamHistory.html you can read mire about this company.Good Luck..I will pack the inside with newspaper to protect the parts from moving and will double box this Clock. Shipping in the lower 48 will be $20.00. All others,Please ask.Non US Shipping will be expensive and I do not know if Insurance will be available for an Antique Clock but I will pack it well. Sold As Is,As Found,As,Seen.Final Sale. Thanks for your interest.
